Prospective authors are welcome to submit the papers on the relevant topics, as
well as to use keywords in order to identify the contents of the papers. Please
fill the Registration form.
The official language of the Conference is English. This language will be used
for all papers, and discussions.
Each paper must have minimum five pages. Maximum number of accepted
papers per author is two. All presented papers at the conference
will be published online with open-access in
Web of Conferences.
MATEC Web of Conferences is indexed in major international databases:
Compendex, Conference Proceedings Citation Index (Web of Science - WoS), DOAJ,
Google Scholar, Inspect, Polymer Library, Scopus.
Extended abstracts of the accepted papers (exactly two pages) will be
published in Book of Abstracts printed form.
Submitted articles have to report original, previously unpublished research
results. All the papers will be reviewed by at least two members of
International Scientific Committee.
Authors must adhere to the conference written paper format. We strongly
recommend using the template in MS Word format provided by publisher. Please use
it to create the extended abstract and paper, but do not modify the format:
For accepted papers, the authors must send to the conference organizers:
- DOCX file with final version of the paper.
- PDF file with final version of the paper. The PDF has to be prepared in a
print-ready mode, according to the
instructions.pdf. The quality of the final PDF documents has to be checked
at the following address:

the extended abstract of the paper to be published in Book of Abstracts.
It is the short form of the full paper. It must have exactly two pages. Please
use the same paper template, including the Abstract and References
It is not
need to renumber the figures, tables, and references. They may be the same as
