In 2021, the Transilvania University of Brașov adhered to the principles of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers (C&C). UNITBV has undertaken the implementation of the "Human Resource Strategy for Researchers - HRS4R" - an approach based on the continuous assessment of the implementation of the 40 principles of the Charter and the Code. In 2023, UNITBV was granted the "HR Excellence in Research" award by the European Commission, which is both a recognition of the progress made in the implementation of the C&C principles and a commitment to continue and expand the efforts to align with European standards.
